The researches done before (Math. Modell. 1(5), 71--79) concerning the model of electronic plasma in magnetified semiconductor film are continued. The explicit solution of the oblique derivative problem describing Holl's effect in a semiconductor with a periodical system is built. The problem is solved with the help of corresponding Riemann--Hilbert problem.
