For the aerodynamical pendulum being in a stationary flow, the heuristic quasistationary mathematical model of flow action is constructed. This model is based as well on the concept of the instantaneous pressure center and angle of attack as on the idea of aid masses. The obtained model is a system of differential and transcendental equations. The algorithm for the solution of the latter ones and the principle for the choice of solution branch are proposed. By using analytical and calculating methods the phase portraits of this system are constructed for all values of the holder length. The local and nonlocal bifurcations are discovered and described.
